RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

You have up to 30 days upon receiving your shipment to return items purchased from https://publicdrip.com

US Customers - All online order returns and exchanges must be made through our returns process here. If you'd like to outright return your item for credit back to original payment method, there is a handling fee. This fee is waived if you choose to have your refund issued as store credit or if you are exchanging your item (inventory permitting.)

For items purchased through one of our partners, please work with the store directly.

International orders are final sale and are not eligible for return.

RETURNING AN ITEM

To begin the returns process, please visit our returns portal and enter your order number (example: #PD12345) and your shipping zip code. Select which items from your order you wish to return. Print the provided return shipping label and packing slip. Package your return and drop off at a carrier facility. You will be notified when your return has been received at our warehouse. Once received, we will refund your original form of payment in 10 business days.

Customers must create their own shipping label for returns on Hats & Accessories. 

EXCHANGING AN ITEM

To begin the exchange process, please visit our returns portal and enter order number (example: #PD12345) and shipping zip code. Select which items from your order you wish to exchange and then review your size and color exchange options, or use your credit to shop our full store. Print the provided return shipping label and include your original packing slip in the package.  Package your return and drop off at a carrier facility. Your new item(s) in your exchange order will be shipped within 48 business hours of your return being received. Your exchange order will not ship until the submitted return is received at our warehouse. You may not use discount codes or choose expedited shipping in our exchange portal. 

FINAL SALE

Please note, any items marked “Final Sale ” cannot be returned or exchanged.  Final Sale items are noted within the product details on a product page. Final Sale items will not be eligible for return labels in our returns portal.

Additional non-returnable items:
  • Gift cards
  • items that have been bought on Sale
  • Items that have been marked as Final Sale
REFUND PROCESS

Returns will be processed within 1 week after the return arrives back at our warehouse. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and you will receive a refund confirmation email once your return has been processed. Please allow an extra 2-3 business days for the credit to appear back on your statement.

Note: *Original shipping charges will not be refunded.*

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

All orders placed on https://publicdrip.com are processed Monday-Friday and shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding major holidays and weekends).

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

**If you ordered during a peak period or if you placed and order over the weekend, cancellations may not be possible**

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Public Drip is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments confirmed delivered by the courier. We advise you contact your payment provider.
